ah. well, this was during the first few months of sage. i was helping out during service (i was short staffed) when i tried to diffuse an argument between my staff and a male customer. my staff said he had touched her inappropriately, but the customer denied it. i suggested checking the cctv, but he got pretty aggressive, going on about how my staff was basically asking to be touched because she was wearing enticing clothes (she wasn't), and customers are always right (they aren't, not always at least).

long story short, he slapped me, i had him kicked out, but not before i could get his name and details so i could sue for physical assault.
