If you squint, Fukuzawa "subtly" paired up knkdz. It's not the same way other duos got paired up… In LN3 there's a line on "knkd is the only one who can handle dazai". Yeah sure there's work synergy, and the entrance exam nuance of "you approved the guy now take care of him lol", but.
Do you think he figured knkdz were biflag questionmark for each other before themselves? "I know what u two are (affectionate)"? If they remind Fukuzawa of his fukufuku days then… wails cries sobs
(i'm SOOO sorry i am so slow to respond to this one, my life has been very chaotic lately) fukuzawa side hustle as a matchmaker unlocked 😩 to be honest i think he would have given anyone who walked in that door for a job to kunikida, but especially someone like dazai who fukuzawa initially did not totally trust. i have a lawwwt of feelings about fukuzawa & kunikida and even tho i would not have been mad about fukuzawa dying in this arc bc i think the character development for the remaining ada would be so good, i am hoping that his survival means we will get more fukuzawa and kunikida content bc i wants it!!! SORRY THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU ASKED this is just getting me in my fukuzawa & kunikida feels 😩😩😩😩😩
