hi!! regarding co-moding the events: i have 0 prior experience in doing so, and i have actually no idea what would needed to be done... but im willing to help out for the sake of cyhaino!!! may i ask you to list a co-moder's responsibilities and/or your requirements? also is it possible to co-mod only one or two events? id love to take part in the big bang event as a contributor and im not sure if id be able to work both on my piece and helping out with organization :((( ill dm u privately asap once i get a hang of the co-moder's responsibilities because i dont want to sign up for it blindly and then let you down if i step down because of the workload. im a student so i just need to estimate how much work and attention those events would need from my side. thank you for considering hosting those events at all!

I am also a student myself currently in grad school which is partly why I am seeking help to balance things. I also don’t have any experience hosting a big event like this either but I have been going research for a couple months now so I feel like I have a solid idea. idk if it’s a considered a trope but i love it sm when artists draw cyhn just laying on top of each other/snuggling while doing each of their own hobbies…like haitham reading w cyno in his lap studying his tcg cards. just them being together but also having the peace and silence to engage in their own little hobbies w/o judgement from the other is so important to me 😭😭😭
