complex c. i think if a toddler can communicate that they want you to touch them there then im pro c as far as that. its very iffy with toddlers and babies because of a communication gap otherwise id sy yes. i dont think jerking off [on] a baby is inherently harmful. i dont really support trying to penetrate babies. theres more risk than reward for both participants. yes the idea is hot as fuck but i think its wayyyyyyy too risky both physically and psychologically to even bother risking it.
