how do you deal with heartbreak? or how do you eventually heal from it?

Different people, different way and times to heal. On my last heartbreak, i let myself to feel the pain of it. I cried a lot, blame myself, blame my partner, blame everything that happened between us, regret all the things we do, regret all my decisions i chose. I let myself stand in the lowest part of me, i let the anger, the sadness, dissapointment, all the regrets out one times, and when i think all are enough, i'll try to accept anything one by one, step by step. I'll forgive myself, forgive the situations, the decisions, i'll try to look in another point of view of the heartbreak after i only see it in a negative one. I'll take the positive things of the heartbreak and bring it with me to heal. Instead of blaming myself more, i'll accept and i learn from the heartbreak what the dos and donts for me in a rls, and learn that maybe it's just them who don't deserve me and me who don't deserve them cause.. we're just not meant to be together. In my acceptance phase, i'll learn a lot and that's how i heal from the heartbreak. However, every relationship i've been in taught me a new thing, and no matter how full of pain it is, it's still make me so grateful cause of the lesson i get.
