When I was a teen, I loved listening to the artist Olivia Ruiz. I wasn't particularly rebellious but her music had this energy and charm I wish I could express at the time. One of her songs I still enjoy is "J'aime pas l'amour." A little ironic, looking back on it.

She was also featured in the band Dionysos. My favorite song from them was "Le chant du mauvais cynge." It has such bittersweet lyrics, but I think that's just the sort of themes I enjoy in media.
