wasn't talking about archive warnings but yes technically they're optional too since you can choose not to warn. yes blatant mistagging is against tos but if someone fails to add an additional tag that does apply, it's not. that's their own choice lol. a fic can have ccntw and the fandom as the only two tags on the whole fic and that's fully within ao3's rules. u would not survive on any other fic site lmfao
