ah I'm glad! as I said, I really do love talking about writing hehe. and this is going to be another long answer because, what a coincidence! I also love talking about music! but I fear I have caused a miiild misunderstanding because there's a massive rift of difference between the music I listen to while actually physically writing and the music I listen to around the time that I am in the trenches with a writing project or to help myself get into the right mindset for writing. because I mainly listen to instrumental soundtracks while writing, if anything at all, to block out external noise more than anything... otherwise I can't focus 😅

and actually I have to admit......... I've never really listened to much green day LMAO sorry jiseok. when I was a teenager I was into paramore, fall out boy, mcr, panic at the disco, as well as muse to a lesser degree, and then in my first year of uni I got into all time low and twenty one pilots, but I somehow just never got into green day beyond a few songs 😭 on another note, I actually was going to make a playlist for the boys in the band, but tho I have the list, I never turned it into a play-list. but I can copy/paste that list:
