Is it not normal for people to know who's fronting most of the time? I mean that's not to say we always know but is this not a normal thing to be aware of? /genq

I don't think it's normal/unnormal especially after some amount of time of learning ur system. it is however a disorder where you often experience identity confusion so I would say "not knowing which select group of overlapping neurons you are best described by" is pretty common
