yes! I used to write poetry a lot, but stopped in middle school. I don't really remember why but I think it had something to do with either a bully or my parents finding the notebook I wrote poems in and being very upset/making fun of me for writing it.

Code is an equivalent art creation process that involves problem-solving and so far no one stops to make my solutions prettier than it needs to be
