Hi, I've been enjoying your father Eugene and cliff art recently. I see you've been doing a lot of research into church stuff, and thought you might find some of these things a bit interesting to look into. Not sure if they could be directly used in anyway, but for vibes purposes, you might like them

1) there's a fair bit of foot washing in the bible and sometimes the Maundy Thursday service

2) the poem Maundy Thursday by Wilfred Owen
(although I'm pretty sure the kissing of the cross happens on Good Friday, not Maundy Thursday as the poem's name would suggest)

3) The story of Ruth and Naomi.
There are some contemporary interpretations of this story as showing a queer relationship between two women. Whether you interpret it that way or not, if you are a young, closeted person in a homophobic-feeling church community, even the possibility is pretty nice. Like a) that there are people out there now reading it that way and b) that maybe there were even people like you so long ago(!), can feel a little bit reassuring to a young, lonely person

4) probably not as relevant, but still fun:
"La Venida del Señor", fabián chairez has been doing the rounds in Tumblr lately https://www.tumblr.com/eddieblrs/775964664817451008?source=share
