BUT. sorry if the word is a little brash. i just love the south-east and the culture i've surrounded myself in, being southern and american. its a bit of my identity and, despite the connotations, a little 'reclaimed' in the same way i'm queer, cringe, any of the sort. i was definitely being silly when referring to myself as such so i am sorry if it was taken as anything but just me being happy about where i live!/gen
