how do you decide what to throw away? i have hoarder tendencies and the number of Possessions I have accumulated is becoming quite annoying

occasionally i go through all the clothes i have and sort them into 3 categories: stuff i actually use, stuff which is in good condition and can be sold/donated, and stuff that's too old or worn-through and needs to be chucked. i try to apply that logic to most things in my house, although its usually a matter of if i have the energy to do that which is the main problem. the secondary problem is actually Selling the stuff. clothes are easy because i can just put them in a bag and throw it into one of the many donation bins around here and the charity deals with it, but things like electronics or trinkets or my folding bike require me to actually put up a listing on some site and reply to messages to someone wanting to buy it and then deal with either shipping or them coming to my house to pick it up, its a whole thing that i hate doing and the money i get out of it never feels worth the hassle even though i Really need the money right now
so basically uhhhh deciding is easy, dealing with the consequences of deciding is not
