If you could write an RFC about any subject and get it automatically accepted by the IETF as a standard, what would you decree?
unironically, some kind of standardized, richer media format for meme images that includes simple stuff like text transcriptions and layers. Additionally, a standard post sharing system that isn't just screenshots of tweets, Tumblr posts, Facebook posts... That would make memes actually more accessible and modifiable and make it so that we don't just store 90kB screenshots of tweet chains. I obviously don't know what kind of actual format it would use but it would be a neat concept
