what makes you want to pull for operators in ak? (art, kit, role in meta, lore, personality, etc)

tbh I only pull on limited banners usually since anyone else can spook you whenever and I'm a filthy 100% collector so I have to get limited ops. I did roll on the last bagpipe banner tho bc I had a ten pull ticket and was missing a really pointy 1 block vanguard from my lineup and I'm very happy I got her w that ticket

at this point, it's either their design or their character. I'm, not super lore informed so I can't really appreciate the impact of a character on the larger world, but I can appreciate their personality on its own. Or it's a carnelian situation where GOD SHE IS SO FUCKING COOL OMG OMG OMG OMG and then I need her.

i'm a huge lore nerd so an operator having an interesting background is a massive plus for me, then it's just a mix of everything else to be honest

Kit. I like self-sufficient operators who don't need healers to survive. So operators like Mountain, Thorns, Mudrock, Vulcan, etc... I'm a "lazy" AK player in that I don't like how long redeployment times are for operators like Surtr, so I avoid trying to withdraw operators once I set them down (unless the archetype is quick redploy ofc)

voice acting, then art/design. if they are strong or with unique skills then even better, but voicelines are the most important
