I walked a total of over 20km in the last few days to go take pictures of a cable car pylon that's lit up in the evenings in the color of the next day's air quality index. Since we're in the summer now, the index wobbles between red, yellow and green. I found many angles to take pictures from, am learning to do long exposures, and the pylon only stays lit for slightly over 2 hours every evening, so I have to come back multiple times. Here it is in red and here in green. I have some more pics that I need to process in Darktable before I can post them.
I can't really infodump much because my most recent obsession is a problem I can't solve because I'm not that smort. Math is fun.
I don't think I could form a coherent reply about mysticism or Eastern religion right now. But I have been playing around with the Linux distro Q4OS, and the Trinity desktop environment. It's a silly throwback to the 2000s, activating simultaneously my love of Linux and my Windows XP nostalgia. And the software center has a clone of the InstallShield Wizard in it for some reason.
