First of all, the bruise on his arm during the concert was from an IV or a blood test, so jot that down. Cupping is for large muscles; not the extremely delicate and thin skin of the crook of the elbow.
Second of all, I personally have wound up with hickeys exactly like that so saying itās impossible on the basis of roundness is factually incorrect.
Third of all, cupping results in stark mauve coloration all around the cup sight, not an oblong-shaped purple-pink target surrounded by a less colorful bruise.
Finally, it is not that serious. The fact of the matter is we donāt know and will never know what it really is, but this is a shipping fandom, which means things will be attributed to the ship regardless of how possible it is that they have anything to do with the ship. In my experience, this looks like it could be a hickeyāergo, puts shipper hat on Minsung. We donāt swoon over cupping therapy here on rps twitter dot com, so why would we look at a photo that could ā within reasonable bounds ā be a hickey and go āah shit, the jig is up guys; streets are saying this could also possibly not be a hickey. Hi! Thank u for the last update. It made me so so happy. I had to pause from reading FoF after The Bad Thing happened to Mnho because I was so gutted I couldn't stop crying for days. Which is just a testament to how good of a writer you are. I decided to pick it back up again a few days ago, and I've finally caught up, and the timing of the last update couldn't have been better. Descriptions can absolutely be overused to an inappropriate extent. Like when a man who doesnāt fit the exact mold of societal expectations for masculinity and it consistently translates in peopleās heads to āgirly,ā perhaps? Seems to me like youāre assigning some pretty heavy-handed gender stereotypes where they donāt belong, with the whole ātwinky-ass man = babygirlā bit. Thereās quite a big difference between acknowledging when a man is expressing traditionally more āfeminineā traits or mannerisms and making a lighthearted comment about it, and characterizing a man as a completely one-dimensional figure whose only defining trait is ābabygirl,ā āprincess,ā āwoman,ā etc. There have certainly been instances where jsvng was simply existing with long hair or a crop top, and people overdid the āomg my uwu princess babygirl, sheās my girlfriend.ā I donāt have an issue with lighthearted babygirl jokes here and there; I have an issue with the reductive and excessively heteronormative lens through which much of this fandom has chosen to view him. Youād know that if you had reading comprehension and a concept of nuance.

FoF chap 7 (I'm re-reading while waiting for new chaps š) so intense, I had to listen to Want So Bad to comfort me a little :'D
Ch. 7 is, likeā¦ THE defining chapter for the entire story. Like the horrific events that transpire in that chapter set up everything that follows, most notably: jsvngās āvillainā arc. Which, really, I hesitate to even call it a villain arc anymore, even if I put āvillainā in quotation marks lol. In reality, bro just develops a very understandable illness due to trauma and rampant magic. But then againā¦ I guess itās the things he does while heās sick that define the quote-unquote āvillainy.ā

the gentleness, the absolute adoration between them.. the way you portray their love is the most beautiful thing i've ever witnessed

Ahahaha yeah, Ch. 13 has a lot of feels in it (although tbh every chapter in the angst-fest that is the AtR series has a lot of feels lol). Mnsvng in this story definitely have an extraordinary intuition for each other and one anotherās needs, and I love writing their love. Itās actually gonna be painful for me to write the next couple chapters (a la Jsvngās āvillainā arc), just because, you knowā¦ Psychotic breaks tend to be indiscriminate in who they hurt, regardless of the love the sufferer has for someone. š
But Mimo loves him no matter what, so itāll all be okay eventually~ :ā)

i've spent the past week reading AtR and FoF and i've just now finished chapter eleven.
now i was gonna write this after finishing the other two chapters first, but i desperately needed to come in here after that chapter and just- thank you.
thank you for writing this world and this story i am in ruins constantly due to it but i am also so so in awe because the way you write is so captivating. i've never been so invested in a story before and i am just absolutely hooked now. your world building and magic system have me so fascinated and i just wanna sit down and learn all there is to know. the way you write everyone's stories and depth has me so obsessed with them, your villains are terrifying and so so well written, the whole "villain"/morally gray arc concept youre going for just has me- so proud. like idk you, but i am so proud of you because just- wow you are truly just so talented as an author. i am so lucky to get to witness your work.
back to chapter eleven though, i just finished it and am in absolute tears. SO SO SOFT. the terms of endearment they use towards one another have me so so emotional and then just the utter gentleness of that entire scene was so beautifully well written and i was just awestruck by how soft and pretty it was. it hurt ofc, but just- the love- the adoration- the tiny words mumbled sleepily at the end had me making the most pained sounds, but i just genuinely have to thank you. you are a blessing to humanity and your words are a blessing to my eyes.

The cave scene in Ch. 11 actually originally wasnāt gonna go anything like how I ultimately wrote it; it was gonna be mostly just mnho dissociating the whole time (which, like, that wouldāve been totally valid too tbh) but I decided last-minute that I wanted the scene to be more like a showcase of the bond between mnho and jsvng, aaaaaaand the scene became THAT haha. Iām glad I seemed to have made the right choice there!!
