Ch. 7 is, like… THE defining chapter for the entire story. Like the horrific events that transpire in that chapter set up everything that follows, most notably: jsvng’s “villain” arc. Which, really, I hesitate to even call it a villain arc anymore, even if I put “villain” in quotation marks lol. In reality, bro just develops a very understandable illness due to trauma and rampant magic. But then again… I guess it’s the things he does while he’s sick that define the quote-unquote “villainy.”
