for me, personally, the word "i love you" isn't a fact and yes sometimes it can be a weapon. why not fact? because it depends on the person who says it and who feels it. like sometimes the word can be butterflies but they can also be a pain/wound for someone. so, the word "i love you" can't be a fact because the meaning of love itself depends on the situation?
