So far the story is very interesting and real/relatable and I like it, thanks for sharing it. Now I hate how Lex blames herself for most of the things and I hate hate hate(for now lol) Simon because what the hell is he doing??? Your girlfriend just had an abortion and you leave her(yeah I get she said it was okay but a real man/boyfriend would’ve stayed). Also it could be because most of the narrations are from Lex’s pov so maybe that’s why it’s easier to sympathise with her idk. But overall I would like to see Simons pov and also how things are as of now and more and more of the story. Again, thanks for sharing the book with us

Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts, anon! I really appreciate it.

I totally get why Simon’s actions are frustrating, especially since we’re seeing everything through Lexie’s eyes. The way she processes things makes it easier to sympathize with her, right? That’s kind of intentional since situations like this happen in real life too. As for Simon… uh, well, we’ll see. Maybe in an upcoming chapter, we’ll get a better sense of how he really reacted to everything.

As I write, I try to put myself in their shoes, even though I already know how the story should unfold. I find myself reimagining different possibilities—what if things had played out completely differently, like in a movie or novel? I also mentioned that I’d be altering some scenes to better fit the title and plot I have in mind. Whether there’s a redemption arc or not, we’ll see how the story unfolds.

Thanks again for engaging with the story—I really appreciate it!
