Hello! It's from one of the Bungou Stray Dogs light novels, called Beast. If you're familiar with BSD then it's a very good but very painful read.

1) I never said she's "canon romance", I was talking about how the game gave her very obviously romantic scenes and isn't subtle at all about encouraging the players to pursue her
2) Because Akeshu is much more appealing to me? And idk what something being canon has to do with shipping and making fan content but I mean Akechi might not have a romance route but there's plenty of things about them in canon that can be very easily read as romantic

Is there anything specific you'd want to know about it? :D For the general information... well, it's probably gonna be pretty long, the first chapter being set around the same time as the beginning of Madarame's arc and there's gonna be different characters' POVs in it, though mostly Goro and Akira's. I've been having a lot of fun with planning it all out so I'm very excited to work on it.

It was around February this year I think and I actually got into P5 /because/ of Akechi. Saw a meme about him and decided he seemed like a funny guy. And then he showed up and it was love at first sight. I even giggled at his joke about arresting Santa Claus.

Of course I have seen the scene and I haven't been truly okay since. While I'm not a fan of the anime due to how rushed everything is, it sure went off with some of the Akechi stuff.

Glad you agree! And since Akechi spends a lot of time having to show his best side to people and get them to like him but is also shown to be very awkward in peer interactions sometimes, I feel like half of his advice would be very useful and the other half would be completely off the mark. And I think it would be more difficult than Akechi expected (since neither of them comes up with "just ask her out") but he hates losing so damn it, he IS going to help Sakamoto get a girlfriend.

The only other Persona games I've played so far are P4G and P4AU. I'm not as invested in ships from those but I do greatly enjoy Adayu as ambiguous or one-sidedly romantic on Yu's side, find Yurise pretty cute (I prefer it as one-sided though), enjoy Yu x Ai as exes or one-sided and like Souyo as one-sided from either side (but I also like it a lot as purely platonic).

I mean I'd say all of theirs sense of justice is still what they believe is right, though it's still influenced by outside factors, but Joker's definitely feels very personal and individual (if that is the correct way to put it?) on a different level.

I feel like y'all need to make up your mind about what that means first before asking questions but I've made it clear I don't think bullying is excusable, I just block and move on with my life if something grosses me out and I do have ships (Akeshu, Soushin...) that would qualify as problematic, so, whatever that means to you.

I love them A LOT, BUT strictly as platonic and not as a romantic ship. Not sure why, I guess their dynamic just isn't my thing when put in romantic context? And Byakuya just doesn't seem very shippable to me. But I adore their relationship development to bits and I can't describe how much I love Byakuya's clear internal conflict during chapter 5 and how sure he was Makoto couldn't be the culprit and SKJDJT IT'S SO GOOD!! And I've read a lot of fics focused on them during my DR phase but yeah, it is way more fun to me as a strange and awkward but in the end eventually meaningful friendship.

I have to admit I have no idea what that is
