please describe what jericho would be like at a party. alternatively, at a friend's wedding (not that he deserves friends but you know)

THE TAIL-END OF THIS JUST GAVE ME THE BIGGEST LAUGH HFDSJKF::FA yeah like ew i read 'jericho' and 'friends' and immediately repulse my head into my neck just like you

it think it'd depend on the host (for wedding). at a party, an unpredictable metronome on the farthest ends, the click-click ticking of 'center-of-attention' or 'just enough in the background to not be noticed, so he can get up to something.' parties for jericho are fun, malleable people clutter and his personality thrives on giving boredom bones to chew on. parties are also extremely potent rumor tools, and jericho is always thinking in, 'how is this going to get me a leg ahead later?', when in the cupboards digging for word poison to slip someone.

one of jericho's most irritating cons can be reverse-charisma; fooling around and appearing aloof so that he doesn't look like a threat to anyone. it also gives him a free pass to do whatever he wants in the moment in face of the persona of a fool- which could be causing a fight, flirting and pretending to be nice, or just stealing a family heirloom then pinning it on someone's else.

  • at a wedding? he probably brought a thoughtful (but is it because he knows you too well? did you ever tell him that outright?), potentially unsettling gift! but he did show up! it depends on the host/people getting married, one-hundred percent. it'd be hard pressed to expect anything out of him that would be a blessing, but who knows if it would be genuine anyway. attachments are transactional.
