i sweat garlic and onions in a pan with some avocado oil (for the high smoke point) and then i add the tomatoes/tomato paste and mushrooms and stuff (u gotta have oregano) and then i put it on zucchini noodles

thank you okay this is some good spaghetti!!! olyzas loves mushrooms and tomato unfortunately so olyzas would eat and enjoy the spaghetti and probably say some embarrassing shit like 'your hospitality flatters me,' then not offer to clean the dishes :\
