Are pinch hitters required to draw the character(s) the contributor that is leaving was drawing or do they also have the freedom to choose and draw whoever? Thanks!
Pinch hitters may be required to choose the same region/season as the previous contributor, but otherwise they will have creative freedom to draw whatever character(s) they wish!
