he's a certified freak. no but really he is. this man will do anything for power, there is no low he won't reach in the name of achieving his goals... with the exception of anything that might leave lasting harm on dearest. but when he's not being a freak he's actually quite charming. he's very personable and it's easy to talk to him because of his inviting confidence and the fact that he genuinely seems to listen to what you have to say.

elliot doesn't have much of a backstory put together because he's new and shiny and all i've done with him is make porn. but he does have beef with at least half of my other ocs (gris and weaver to name a couple) including this world's version of the law.

he is intrinsically and inseparably connected to dearest. they cannot be parted from each other through most normal means, ie; ageing or death. dearest is the only "person" elliot holds any respect for, not to mention the fact that he's quite madly in love with it.
