have you ever struggled with returning to reality after getting immersed in media?

after doing an extreme book read through. like 3-4 books in a row and it is a single big story. just sleeping and eating inbetween.

especially as a kid it took me a little bit to snap out of it.

also some psychothrillers can make a little bit paranoid. which counts i guess
