i have actually seen them live, last year at the lollapalooza in paris, but i don't know how well that compares to an actual concert? it's very loud obviously, and i definitely wouldn't do something where you're standing in the crowd again, because that was quite overwhelming tbh! but!! for me, i forgot everything that was uncomfy when they started performing, like their energy live is absolutely insane and for me helped a lot with not getting stressed or overstimulated in the crowd! gotta make sure to plan what happens after it ends though, that's super hectic so either make plans or have a friend who can take charge (that was me, both of my friends were kinda struggling) and take care of you!!
but overall i'd say it's definitely worth it, especially if you know what exactly you struggle with!! working around that is a lot easier than you might think :D
