yes, that’s totally ok! our goal is ultimately just to promote more gyubrik fics so if you have a fic and it’s been written relatively recently during the current round you can post it in the collection

you can post as normal. we're not sure if you mean new ao3 or twitter account, but just dm us the new ao3 user or from the new twitter @ so we know!

the collection is available to post in now (link here) and all you need to do is click on the 'post to collection' button on the dashboard tab to post your fic. you also should make a promo tweet for your fic with the title, tags, summary, link, etc. or dm us if you'd like us to make one for you!

Is it possible to turn a fic into you guys early?? Before the deadline?

yes, you can post the fic to the gyubrikfest ao3 collection (which we will make soon) before the deadline, and the work will stay unrevealed until the posting date. on posting day, we would recommend that you forward date your fic so that it shows up at the top of the tags (if you have questions about this, please dm admin ri (@daengnyangzs)).

there is no hard deadline for joining the fest and technically our only expectation is that you have a fic completed by posting period, but we would strongly prefer it if you signed up by the time check-ins roll around (august 10th) to make it easier on mods logistically

hi for the deadline- would fics need to be completed or could it just be the first chapter? thanks for doing this!

we would expect that your chaptered fic is complete or nearly complete (~80% done) by the deadline as we would like finished fics to be posted. writers are welcome to space out the postings of their chapters, though, with the first chapter published during posting period and a new chapter added every week or on some regular schedule.

to reiterate, the entire chaptered fic does not have to be posted at once, but we would like the chapters to be finished/mostly finished by the deadline.
