hi! is there a deadline for joining or are we allowed to join at any time?

there is no hard deadline for joining the fest and technically our only expectation is that you have a fic completed by posting period, but we would strongly prefer it if you signed up by the time check-ins roll around (august 10th) to make it easier on mods logistically
