gshdjshd ur cute. i knew u would ask this. i like minlix a lot :) one of the many things i love about minho is how his love language is generally terrorizing people, weaponized flirting and butt grabbing, otherwise being an evil cat etc., etc., but i love how minho seems to intuit felix’s sensitivity and his need for gentleness and he gives him that. he treats felix with a softness and fondness whereas when he interacts with the other members, he very rarely pulls his punches, so to speak. that’s not to say that he doesn’t do his fair share of flirting and butt-slapping with felix too, it’s just something that squeezes the soft parts of my heart when felix gets away with stuff that maybe nobody else could. the moment in the one talker when felix is basically feeling minho’s muscles up and even goes so far as to peek under his shirt and comment on his tummy being soft, and chan who was off to the side literally STEPPED A FOOT BACK expecting retaliation, and all minho did was smile guilelessly to himself and let felix continue. also if we’re on minlix moments that live in my noggin rent-free… the massage gun. i needn’t say more for fear of being banned from twitter
from felix’s perspective, i think it’s very cute to envision them as a grumpy/sunshine kind of dynamic (although i wouldn’t call minho “grumpy” and i feel like that’s paring down their personalities too much to fully encompass everything they are, but that’s the best term i can come up with), where minho puts up a front sometimes of being tsundere and a little aloof and felix 1. isn’t the least bit fazed and 2. plows right through it to The Real Minho and catches minho unarmed and unawares. felix respects him a whole hell of a lot but he isn’t the least bit intimidated, and before either of them know how they got there, felix has gotten past minho’s walls and is like, in minho’s living room commenting on his decor. but like, emotionally. this is a bad metaphor.
also minlix work SO WELL WITH DOMESTICITY !!!!!!!! basically the most little wifey material ever + the most Guy Who Is Also A Wife ever = the most impeccably domestic vibes to ever vibes. they are making chocolate chip pancakes on a sunny sunday morning while their twins watch cartoons in the other room and sneaking kisses over the pancake batter as we speak rn. this got surprisingly long i had no idea i had so many minlix thoughts but i hope you enjoyed them xoxo
