doctor........ should it be worrying that he experienced heart palps just a few months ago and now getting checked in for muscle pains?

Idk cause I’m not his doctor and idk his medical history and what the diagnoses were so. But I think we can all agree something isn’t right and that they need to think of something long term for him instead of just patching up the problems as they arise and letting this continue
