WAHHHHHHH THIS IS SO PERFECT AND UTTERLY WONDERFUL i love that you drew the hanbin, matthew and gyuvin trio in their casual quidditch gear, like you captured the vibes of all of these groups and their interactions so perfectly i still cannot believe i get to see them with my own eyes, like this is THEM!!!! even the little chibi reactions to jiwoong are just spot on aaaaaaa i cannot express how much i love this thank you so much for drawing them i have saved this a thousand times over and will never stop smiling when i look at it🥹🥹🩷

hi! this is wild that I’m starting with this, but tbh recently I’ve found myself losing interest in bnb, and it kind of makes me sad. and as silly as it might sound, one of the things I’ve been holding out on is your ‘all our rapture.’ I was happy to see that you updated, bc I love reading your fic 🥹 i love the world you built (ik hp is established), but just the mystery (that I’m so curious about!) and lore and the characters you’ve made is so interesting. i love their dynamics too. just the way you write bnb’s relationship here is so soft, and makes me feel things. i always look forward to their scenes 🥹 i know it will take a while to complete this fic, but i’m hoping i could hold out for that long before i (potentially) leave or completely lose interest in bnb 😭 but atm, i look forward to your updates and ily for this fic 🫶

i think about aor at least once a day ♡ i can never find a fic that writes a couple’s dynamic as beautiful as your portrayal of binneul in aor. it's the way that i try to savour every word each time u release a chapter, wanting more and more (kicking my feet and giggling at their sweet moments). i love the lore and the backstory, but i also wouldn't mind a whole chapter of just bin and neul being in absolute LOVE because i can never get enough of the beauty that is ur writing. aaa, i hope i didn't overwhelm u but i just wanted u to know :’)
omg you have just given me permission to be even more indulgent and worse with my binneul brainrot whasklfkd this makes me so happy because writing scenes where binneul can just be together and be in love and learn more about each other are really my absolute favorites, and still what i want to be at the core of this fic regardless of how big i’ve accidentally spun this mystery into LOL i’m so glad you sent this to me, thank you for loving them so much🥹🥹

hiiiii!!! i just wanted to let you know that reading your works has inspired me to start fic writing again after years of hiatus 🥹 do you have any tips/advice/anything to share on how you get ideas & write fics?
hii omg this make me so happy! congratulations on returning to writing, and i’m really glad that i could help you find interest and motivation in it again!!
as for tips, the best thing that i’ve ever done for myself is to get in the habit of writing every day - i think building it gradually through 100, and then 200, and then 500 words a day over the course of months has been so useful! long word counts no longer feel daunting and writing has just become another natural part of my day that doesn’t feel like a big task.
for inspo, i keep a separate doc that is just for ideas — one liners and prompts that i think of randomly while making dinner or in the shower or before bed that i’ll just jot down. some bits in there are like three to five paragraph passages that i felt compelled to write after seeing a photograph or even seeing like a clip of a video! the doc has become this huge unwieldy thing after years of upkeep lmao but it doesn’t feel daunting bc they’re not real wips and it’s been invaluable whenever i’m stumped or am looking for something that i want to start writing.
and my last piece of advice is about two years ago i started keeping a list in my notes app titled ‘words to use in writing’ and it’s just words that i come across while reading or in my every day life that i’m like oh this is such a specific word that conveys emotion, or oh i never thought about using this word in this way before. i draw on it regularly when i am writing and it has been so, so helpful. it’s almost like a personal thesaurus, except it’s all words that i already know the meaning of but which i never would have conjured up on my own to use if that makes sense. some examples of words in there are: drowsy, serene, dewy, unsettle, malady, gossamer.
basically the tldr is that making my own pool of specially-tailored resources (of things that i know i like writing about, things that i naturally gravitate towards) has been so helpful for writing! i hope this has been useful, and good luck!! if you’d ever like to share your writing with me, i’d love to read it!

Just read the new chapter and I want to say that every moment of haobin being alone felt so intimate. I usually feel like I’m intruding on them with most of haobin moments irl but it’s my first time feeling like this while reading a fic too. I think it’s also because you’re so good at writing their chemistry and how crazy the tension between them is whenever they’re together
i feel the same way too! even though the snippets and behinds of them are short, whenever i see them giggling between themselves or their unwavering eye contact or their lingering touches and natural holds or even just when their eyes meet it feels so intimate and like we are seeing something that feels so special it should be private. i’m so glad that my writing can capture that feeling!! their chemistry is truly just insane ;; thank you so much for this🩷

have you write other fics for a diff fandom before? in my years of kpop i've only encountered two fic authors that leave such a lasting impression to me (love and thankful all the authors regardless) and it's you and smiles. your way of story stelling is perfect and alot of times i have to pause reading and just ponder to take it all in you know. thank you so much for sharing your works to us 🥹🥰
i previously wrote for txt! all my old fics are still up on the same ao3 acc though my handle back then was hueningkai LOL so am probably best recognized by that! i have not read smiles’s works but i have seen extremely flattering comparisons to a super popular fic of theirs and cupidland for which i am honored!! thank you so much for loving my writing as well🩷

Can I ask how you came up with the title cupidland? It's so fitting!
i tend to title my fics based on vibe instead of direct references to them (with my puppy hao and stalker bin fics being big exceptions), so when i saw the phrase cupidland in a photo on a stray tweet on my fyp it immediately stuck with me. i just felt like it was so cute and fun, which was my original intention for this fic lol, and i’m also a sucker for all things about love and this fic is SO much about love it just clicked! i’m really glad you like it as well!!
