to be fair she did want to be a musician and ended up an actor by pure luck and talent so i get the lack of desperation when it comes to movie star fame and not wanting to be the centre of attention

I think she said she wanted to do both, but acting just ended up coming first and now singing has taken a backseat. maybe whenever she has kids, she’ll use that acting break to record music instead bc she could set up a little home studio for that
