Sorry for another ask all but I need a tiny help
Does anyone have studying tips? I have a few tests to write in this week due to not being on them on the original date of writing. I don't want to fail those tests so that's why I'm asking you guys. Even the smallest tips will help since I never learnt how to study properly 😞

I usually write down any information and repeat it while pacing. Or I listen to a specific song while studying and I think of that song to help me remember. I have a really poor memory but I’ve always done well on tests, even without studying, so this might not help, but it’s what I did for my permit test.
Since i have adhd what works for me is eating/drinking sugary stuff while i'm working it really helps me lock in. it doesn't have to be like super caffeinated or whatever i just like to get myself a smoothie at jamba juice before study sessions
I listen to white noise witht headphones on and make sure distractions are in another room
