for traditional/non-digital art, the only thing i can think of is van gogh's almond blossoms (1890), though i realize through some google searching for your question that i don't think i have a favorite painting (or, at least-- if it ever existed outside some vague memories, i can't find it)! i've always been into impressionism, but that's fallen to the wayside lately. for digital art, i like this, this one cw: gore, and art like this.
