im the person who asked for ‘in a jar’ update, and I’ve read your answer to my comment;; aghhh sorry, i didn’t wanted to put pressure or anything, I love creek but i mainly love the way that you write, I review all the fics that i read and when I put a 10/10 I always comment « writer hotislandsongs ». I’m kinda falling with you for the ivantill thing, even if i dont’ understand everything ahah (rumble for me about it if you want!!!). It’s really okay to take your time, i just loved in a jar for the way you created the characters and their mindset, really, i’ve been in a loooot of fandom and this fic is just something else. yes i’m complimenting you ;3. noo thank you so much ;-; you were extremely polite so dw. i really did just take the opportunity to let people know what's been going on since i get frequent asks about updates, but yours was very nice so please don't feel badly at all! i'm really glad you like my writing and 'in a jar' in particular. i have almost all of the rest of it mapped out. it's just a matter of getting in a better headspace to write it since the subject matter is so heavy and out of the realm of my personal experiences
honestly my health is very bad much of the time and being able to make things that others can connect to means the world to me and has helped me a lot during difficult times. but it can also be a crutch that keeps me from addressing real issues in my life. i don't want to stop but i need to figure out a way to do it where i'm not burning myself out or neglecting myself. the pressure comes almost entirely from me though and i'm aware of that. also apologies this is so delayed—i have a tendency to start writing replies to things and sometimes never send them because i get anxious
