what are your thoughts on the concept of philip intending to kill wittewife and the caleb killing being an accident/not his original plan because things went wrong with the wittewife attempt

HOLY S* MY FIRST QUESTION THANKS GIGI
I think this would actually happen because Philip was so attached to Caleb so he wouldn’t kill him intended, or at least I think so.
Caleb would try to protect wittewife and get in the middle of the fight and stab then Philip looks at the wound and at first he doesn’t notice and the injure is wide, it’s too late when Philip starts being conscious about what he has done, and is shocked about the fact he killed his brother, it wasn’t intended at all. Then he would look at wittewife while he cries uncontrollably and stays in Eclipse Lake for at least 3 days, all for the purpose of trying to wake Caleb.
He didn’t say nothing to wittewife after that. And wittewife would be devastated, she will never be the same again, and Philip either.
I have the headcanon that he still blames himself.
I hope I explained this thought well,, I have so much more to say tho
Like the connection to this exact scene will haunt wittewife for years and it has repercussions on her child. Also the fact that wittechild looks a lot like Philip.
