aaa thank you for your kind words, anon 😭 i'm glad you liked my depiction of utahime in the hospital au. tbh i was a little worried that i might have gone a bit overboard with her character and their banter, but i guess everything worked out in the end 🥹 okay, to answer your question, i tend to listen to specific songs that fit the mood i'm looking for when i write my gjhm scenarios. sometimes, i even find a song and base a scenario around it, like a little writing prompt 🙂‍↕️ music really helps set the tone and bring the characters and story to life.

like my first love au, i was literally listening to 'first love' by utada hikaru on repeat. the song had a big influence on the writing and direction of the story, as well as the netflix series >< the lyrics and melody really set the mood that i found myself drawing a lot of inspiration from them 😚

as for the upcoming royalty au, i’m actually planning on writing a thread drabble and creating a visual moodboard to give everyone a little preview soon. just like the ones i did with the first love and hospital aus. i’m excited to see what everyone thinks! 🫶🏻
