Tell me how to motivate yourself when your mood is off and you’re feeling lethargic?

Most of the times I don't do anything because I know it'll pass even without doing something (so yes, I let myself feel it) but if I'm not in a situation that allow me to choose, then I'd say doing something that I know I love, traveling to a new place, get lost for a few days and it'll get my spark back

I take my timee off. Creating space for myself and just stay still for while. Let my brain flying highhh and once it's getting exciting, I get back to work!

I don't T___T I just let myself drowned into the feeling. Letting myself rest and heal itself...

Talking to my loved ones or just spending time with them will definitely cheer me up! Oh—and drinking coffee has also proven to boost my mood (and my acid reflux, lol) 😔

I might run to my closest friends. Talk with them. Or just simply sleep and do some doomscrolling!

If you have a girlfriend, wife, or best friend, make sure to listen to them when they talk. That's what I do when i feel upset .
