do you wake up multiple times every night? because if that’s the case i would go to a doctor
but i don’t know how expensive a doctor is where you live so yeah that’s easy for me to say if the doctor is only €4
the dreaming between alarms is normal though

yeahhh 😭 i need to do a sleep study bc i have a suspicion of Something specific but i’m in the uk which is useless 😒 i’m gonna have to try and do one once i graduate and go back to the us
