if we're not comfortable taking skz out of korean culture for a prompt (frat au, hogwarts au, greek or nordic mythology, etc) do we have to try to find a way to exclude those prompts with our four exclusions and hope to get lucky on the rest, or should we just avoid the au category altogether?
in my opinion, instead of avoiding the whole category, it's best to exclude as many tropes you're not comfortable with as you can, within those four exclusions for each category. then, in case any trope you don't like does end up in your card (which i don't think is that high of a chance, considering there are 29 Alternate Universe tropes), you also have a right to up to three square replacements and even a full card replacement.
