that's more than okay! this is a low pressure event, which means that creators have no obligation to post works using their cards — and you can still post works after the end of the round (but they won't count for points). there's also no obligation to score or fill the whole card, it's all in good fun!
you also don't need to notify if you drop out of the event. just go at your own pace and create as much as you want/can! no need to be nervous, but you can send a DM if you'd like any help or advice 💕
