do you think that compared to the novel, there's a possibility she actually has/had feelings for iske in the manhwa adaptation?

I had this fear at some moments, but I came to the conclusion that she doesn't have it. It's true that in the novel Freya's points of view are much more exposed, but I really believe that she remains in love with the idea of the future she imagined for herself, not with Iske, even in the adaptation. She loves the idea of being a queen, or the idea of being a duchess, or even the idea of conquering the unconquerable guy. I actually like her better this way. Someone who is driven by her own goals/illusory dreams, not simply by love or obsession with a man.
