How do you deal with anxiety?

I have two ways. One is when I go somewhere near in which I could be alone (usually toilet) and let myself out, usually crying, there while trying to do breathing exercises. The other ways, I walked myself to tire myself out... D: the second option is needed when the first one didn't work, usually. Before now, I usually listen to music or watch something (a calming vlog or a day in my life vlog), but staying in one place while trying to distract myself will only scattered my mind and make it worst so I stopped doing that. :D
