How do you deal with anxiety?
i’m also still working on this issue, but i tried to. and i read from several sources that basically if you often times thought about uncertain things, your brain would thought that you like it and so the same action would repeat, thus cause your anxiety only acted up more since your brain told you so. you need your body to move as if it’s okay, nothing’s gonna happen and so your brain will align with that.
I only needed to hide for a few hours in my room, as i had avoided social situations because i was too anxious and queasy to meet many people.

I have two ways. One is when I go somewhere near in which I could be alone (usually toilet) and let myself out, usually crying, there while trying to do breathing exercises. The other ways, I walked myself to tire myself out... D: the second option is needed when the first one didn't work, usually. Before now, I usually listen to music or watch something (a calming vlog or a day in my life vlog), but staying in one place while trying to distract myself will only scattered my mind and make it worst so I stopped doing that. :D
