How do you deal with anxiety?

I don't think I have found the best way for me to deal with it but every so often I distance myself from the crowd and control my breathing or talking with someone might help distract myself in a while.

I don't know... masih nyari tau caranya gimana. kalau lagi down aku jujur overwork ngerjain semua kerjaan, bahkan yang bukan bagian aku kadang aku embat 😐 karena sangking gamau overthinking dan gamau nangis gara gara itu. tapi ini jelek, jangan ditiru ya T ____ T

i’m also still working on this issue, but i tried to. and i read from several sources that basically if you often times thought about uncertain things, your brain would thought that you like it and so the same action would repeat, thus cause your anxiety only acted up more since your brain told you so. you need your body to move as if it’s okay, nothing’s gonna happen and so your brain will align with that.

I only needed to hide for a few hours in my room, as i had avoided social situations because i was too anxious and queasy to meet many people.

I have two ways. One is when I go somewhere near in which I could be alone (usually toilet) and let myself out, usually crying, there while trying to do breathing exercises. The other ways, I walked myself to tire myself out... D: the second option is needed when the first one didn't work, usually. Before now, I usually listen to music or watch something (a calming vlog or a day in my life vlog), but staying in one place while trying to distract myself will only scattered my mind and make it worst so I stopped doing that. :D

take time to be alone, and i will try to calm myself down by listening to music or thinking about how i'm feeling :]

I don't recommend it but I’ll spend a night and light up my cigarettes until I feel my lungs burning so I could get back to sleep.
