Possibly ! Matter of fact, I think she has what it takes to drive spider society away from being Spidercops™ and turn it into what it was supposed to be: a space where spiderfolk can get together and fight multidimensional threats together, meet up and keep in touch, learn from each other, etc.

Anya has the most potential to understand that the multiverse is very flexible and can adapt to many things and Miguel destroying earth 660 by waiting for that other Miguel to die then play house with his daughter until it collapsed was probably his fault. He did something incredibly selfish and paid the consequences of his actions. And from what we saw in the movie, he's not very good with accountability.

Anya's bond with magic makes her also a better potential leader or general guide for and with spider society bc she has a sense of community that the Miguel we meet in ATSV doesn't have. She can listen to others and consults them before taking decisions whereas Miguel...

ALL THAT TO SAY. Anya could definitely step up and take over Spiso in the next movie and it would make so much sense for her to take a bigger role due to who she is, her powers and her gift of magic and her experience. She'd also be a much better fit when it comes to handling miles bc she's not (at least so far) a self aggrandizing prat. (Which. As much as I love Miguel that's what he is and that's why ATSV events happened the way they did.)
