Hi, I checked out your rentry because Im going through a "pickle" right now. I keep noticing though that there is someone else in my head and seems like they are trying to form out if that makes sense. I don't know what to think about it because I have not been diagnosed with anything. I only assumed it was just me in here but it doesn't seem that way and I'm confused and scared.
I'm sorry you're going through something so tough. Discovering any form of dissociation can be scary and confusing, and I would suggest going through more official sources, and perhaps writing in a diary and keeping track of what's happening to you. Try to be open minded, and I would suggest looking back on your life and seeing if signs of dissociative disorders existed prior to this pickle.
