chengjie outwardly seems like he'd be very insecure but he honestly doesn't have many thoughts on himself if that makes any sense. if someone asked them if he sees himself as attractive or ugly he'd say something like "oh, i'm not sure . . . what do you think?" and the same can be said for a lot about himself. however he does firmly believe that he is a good person as he believes everybody has the potential to be good, but some people may just not know how to/may not want to
