hi anon!! i meant to answer this so long ago but school and work caught up with me and i have had no creative thoughts since then... but here i am now!! also the o² is SO FREAKING CUTE 😭😭😭 this is the only way i'm gonna be referring to omegas tebin now o² 😭🫶

so unfortunately i don't see tebin having a heat cycle during the thread, mainly because it's so focused on their survival and trauma? ik that's definitely not realistic considering how much time they've spent in the woods... it wld've come up at some point by now lol. i'd like to think that since they're both feral, their heat cycles have been pushed to the side for basic survival functioning? sorry i didn't think much about that 😭 but moving onto the headcannon!! what if o² tebin did have their heat cycle!!

first of all it depends on who gets their heat first. sbn taking care of tyn in heat wld be way different than tyn taking care of sbn in heat. for the same of simplicity let's just say sbn goes into heat for now. we'll see a lot of their current dynamic, sbn feeling a bit like a burden and like he needs to be caring for his baby omega instead and tyn going into Full provider and supporter mode. past that, i think they'd be so lovely regardless of who's in heat. they'd be so cuddly and touchy, napping a lot and just basking each other's warmth. being close to each other when one is in heat definitely soothes the pain and tyn wld 100% make sure to rub sbn's feet and back while sbn would run his hand through tyn's hair while the younger lays in his lap. i'm thinking so many forehead and temple kisses, noses softly nudging against each other's cheeks, teeth grazing scent glands, just love and care so sweet it has them melting. ugh. they're so fucking lovely for each other. if tyn was in heat, sbn would maybe take on a panicky demeanor where he frets over tyn a LOT. tyn would be a lot more whiny not because he wants sbn's attention (though the older gives him it as soon as any noise leaves his lips) but because tyn doesn't want sbn to fret. he's gone through heats before and he'll go through them again. he just wants his sbn hyung to lay in the nest he made big enough for the two of them and cuddle him until they both fall asleep. and obviously that's after they've left survival mode and have healed enough. if their heats hit while still in that situation, it would be a lot more dire and dangerous for them in general. i hope you enjoyed anon! maybe i'll write a little sequel of how they (and yjn!) handle their heats <3
