So I like to imagine danchou and torpe have an age gap. I won't specify exactly but danchou is older by a bit. He also controls a lot of stuff related to torpe's life and knows that kicking him out of the orchestra would ruin his life.

There's a huge power imbalance here. One day, danchou invites torpe to his office for some reason. He goes anyways, and danchou just bends him over the desk while feeling up his waist and ass. Torpe is in no position to fight back because danchou threatened to ruin his life if he resists.
